At Pomlulu, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest-quality plushies. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

If you initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your product and it is accepted, we are happy to offer refunds.

Need to Return or Exchange?

Initiate a return by emailing info.pomlulu@gmail.com with your order number.

Our team will review your request and confirm your refund. Once accepted, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card or a refund straight to your account if otherwise accepted.

Cancel Order / Change of Mind

To cancel an order, email info.pomlulu@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Cancellation refunds will incur a 15% fee due to third-party gateway charges.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and accessories.

  • Return requests must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.

  • Gift cards, promotional gifts, or final sale items cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.

  • International orders (outside the U.S.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. We are not accountable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Modifications

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot cancel or make address changes once an order is placed.

Shipping Destination

Orders will be shipped to the address entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correctness of the shipping address.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but is lost or undelivered, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds. Claims of non-receipt after a package is marked as delivered will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Chargebacks/Dispute Disclaimer

Our team is here to assist you with any issues. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue together.

Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback WILL BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. 

Pomlulu reserves the right to accept or reject return requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds without a valid reason may not be processed. We are not responsible for any injury or loss caused by misuse of our products.
