My plushie fur looks weird?

That's totally normal! They might be a little ruffed up from their journey so just comb them and use a hair dryer and they'll be looking good and feeling great.

Is shedding normal?

To ensure our plushies are soft and fluffy we use extra fur. Shedding at first is completely normal! You just have to comb it and the excess will be fixed.
